Terms & conditions
All bookings require a deposit of 50% unless one night is booked where a 100% will be requested
Cancellation Policy:
Regretfully we are not always able to amend a booking however if we can accommodate we will do our best to try in the event we are not able all bookings will need to be honoured unless we are able to re-sell the booking made. This stands for cancelling a booking as long as we can re-sell the accommodation booked. However if we can re-sell the accommodation booked a full refund will be given.
Please note: All Final bills that are settled via a credit card a 2% charge will be added to final bill this will be exempted if final bill is settled with debit or cash.
This will not be applied for deposits final bills only.
